Get fit for skiing with our online SkiFit package that provides over 6 hours of SkiFit videos straight away for you to use, as and when you are ready. Each week you can follow the cardio conditioning, yoga and mediation sessions. Over the 6 week period, both conditioning and yoga builds on the exercise from the previous weeks' as your strength, fitness or balance increases.
If you want to repeat any of the sessions you can do so at any time. As part of the package you can download 2 wall charts to help track your progresses and keep your motivation going.
